Postpartum fatigue is recognized as something that comes hand in hand with the postnatal
period, but many parents don’t recognize when the fatigue experience slips into chronic
exhaustion, which has implications for maternal moods, infant wellbeing, and milk production.
This talk will cover recognizing and responding to postnatal exhaustion including the
recognition of several underlying and often unrecognized biochemical reasons it may occur
such as hormone dysregulation and nutrient deficiencies. It will empower lactation
