Become a Member

NILCA is a membership-based organization. Our meetings are free to attend and open to the public. NILCA members may additionally earn CERPs each year at our Educational Meetings. Members can also access materials in the lending library, receive meeting minutes, and vote for Officers.

The membership year runs January 1st through December 31st, and must be renewed every January. Annual membership dues are $40.00 for Illinois residents and $60.00 for non-residents. Dues are prorated 50% for new members joining after the June meeting.
