Rooted in Kindness: Self-Compassion & Acceptance for New Moms
Marissa Gray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C), Illinois state certified school social worker, and owner of Gray Therapy Group. With over 15 years of experience supporting women, children, and families through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity shifts, Marissa specializes in therapy for women including those navigating anxiety, motherhood, relationships, caregiving roles, and perinatal experiences like pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and loss. Marissa approaches therapy with warmth, expertise, and deep respect for her clients' emotional experiences. She believes in providing an emotionally safe environment where individuals can name what’s heavy, explore meaningful values, and find new ways to feel more grounded and less alone.
Space is very limited. Workshops are reserved for parents only. Only breastfeeding/lap infants are permitted.
